NOTE If you wish to make a down payment on your account to reduce the published monthly payment you must:
- Submit your down payment check prior to March 28, 2008.
- Print and fill out the Down Payment Form. Don't forget to include the account number that will be assigned to you after completion of your online application.

Once the down payment is received, your account will be refinanced, based on the payment option you selected during the online process, and your new monthly payment amount will be mailed to you.
