Lee Brazzell is President of Transformation Consulting, a firm specializing in organizational development, consulting and coaching. She has over twenty years of corporate, non-profit, and local government experience. She serves as adjunct professor for the University of Richmond Management Institute and is the former Executive Director of the Women's Resource Center at the University. She serves on the board of Leadership Metro Richmond, Multi-Cultural Commission for Chesterfield County, and as Vice President of the Byrd Theatre Foundation.
