A variety of programs to give you choices

The average college tuition and fee charges at four-year public institutions increased from $617 in 1976-77 to $5,930 in 2009-10, an 861 percent increase over 33 years, according to the College Board’s 2009 report, “Trends in College Pricing.” If this trend continues, average tuition and fee costs at four-year public institutions could nearly double by the time today’s infants become college freshmen. Wouldn’t getting a head start make you feel better?

VCSP offers four unique programs with many options to match your savings strategy and style

The descriptions below provide an overview of our four programs, all of which may be used at universities, community colleges and technical schools across the country and, in certain cases, around the world. You can see how each option fits your saving style, investment strategy and timeline. However, we strongly encourage prospective account owners to request or download the Program Guide and related documents before making a decision to participate.

Like you, we believe that higher education is a key factor in building a better future. Years from now, you’ll be glad you took the time to make this decision. Congratulations on taking the first steps toward saving for that future.
