Reggie Samuel is the managing partner of The Leumas Group, a real estate brokerage and private equity investment firm he founded in 2009. In addition to identifying multifamily investment opportunities for his clients, Samuel provides technical assistance to public housing agencies throughout the United States. Mr. Samuel has been involved in real estate management, development and investment throughout his professional career. Mr. Samuel formed growth strategies and negotiated enterprise acquisitions and investment strategies while at Crossbeam Capital (2010–2011) and Equity Residential (2004–2008).
A graduate of Virginia Polytechnic and State University, Mr. Samuel also has studied conflict management and negotiations at Harvard University.
Mr. Samuel resides in Spotsylvania, Virginia.
