During this holiday period, you can purchase qualifying school supplies, clothing, shoes, and other assorted items without paying the usual 5.3% sales tax.
Most school supplies that sell for less than $20 per item and most clothing and footwear that sell for less than $100 per item are eligible for the tax-free discount.
