Portfolios to evolve on July 1
Beginning July 1, 2016, certain age-based inVEST portfolios will gradually shift their allocations each year. This is a change from the existing strategy in which the invest portfolios evolved every three years.
This strategic change may help to reduce the impact of significant market fluctuations on inVEST accounts.
This change affects the following portfolios: Rappahannock, James River, Eastern Shore, Alleghany, Chesapeake, Potomac, and Southside. See below for an example of the new evolution schedule.
